“I completed my training as an office management assistant at FIEGE and these days work in Purchasing and Project Management. Before I started with my training, I had the opportunity to become acquainted with my future responsibilities and my training supervisor during a trial traineeship. What I liked in particular was my colleagues’ eagerness to help as well as their openness towards me. But also, the exciting and demanding responsibilities that I was allowed to take on while still in training.”
