I feel comfortable.

As I have been working at FIEGE for more than 2 years now, I have been lucky to take part in many events, such as the Christmas celebrations or the dance into May. Besides this, my personal highlight was the Energy and FM Convention 2021 in Leipzig, where current topics of the industry were discussed in contributions and workshops. And my advice for future applicants? Don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone and look into departments that may not be directly tailored to you by titel.

2. Getting to know each other: Part one

Once we have reviewed your application, we will soon reach out to you. During a first interview either on the phone or by video we will get to know each other and possibly find out more about your experience, your wishes, and what motivates you.

3. Interview/ recruiting event

You are enthusiastic, and so are we. For us to obtain an even better impression of one another, we ask you to join us for an interview – if possible, on location. That is already a perfect opportunity to get to know your potential team colleagues in the department!

4. Engagement
