- Unterstützung und Beratung der Fachbereichsmitarbeiter bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP Logistik Prozesse
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Key-User- bzw. Anwenderschulungen
- Unterstützung und Realisierung von SAP EWM/ SAP Stock Room Management Projekten
- Verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung und Optimierung unserer SAP WMS Lösungen
- Second Level Support in Schichtarbeit inklusive Fehleranalyse, Bearbeitung & Behebung ggf. im Verbund mit dem Entwickler
- Optimierung von Logistik Prozessen und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Pflege & Dokumentation der lokalen IT SAP Prozesse

Your duties
Your profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Hohe IT- und Prozessaffinität, ein gutes Verständnis für logistische Prozesse und Zusammenhänge
- Gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um Lösungen im Team zu erarbeiten
- Kenntnisse im Test Management wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in SAP EWM sowie in den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen (Excel, Word) von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

At FIEGE, SAP is used in many ways and therefore offers you interesting opportunities.
The IT SAP Supply Chain Management team is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and further development of SAP WM/EWM warehouse management systems.
As part of the complete process chain, we develop, optimise and implement SAP processes based on the requirements of our customers in our highly automated warehouses. In addition to process design, this also includes project management, user training and 2nd level support.
The close cooperation with SAP consultancies, administrative and operational users results in an exciting and multi-layered work environment.

We deal with all central, non-logistical systems. As a team, we are responsible for the operation of the SAP in-house systems (including module support for SAP SD and SAP MDG), as well as for the implementation and further development of the corresponding interfaces. The technical support of the document management system, the eLearning platform and the CI platform are also part of our responsibilities, as well as their further development in coordination with our specialist departments.
