- Design, Implementierung und Betrieb von IAM-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Entra ID (ehemals Azure Active Directory)
- Verwaltung von User Lifecycle Prozessen (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) über Entra ID Governance und integrierte Tools wie Microsoft Identity Manager oder Drittanbieter-Lösungen
- Implementierung und Pflege von Conditional Access Policies, MFA, SSO sowie Just-in-Time-Zugriffskontrollen (PIM – Privileged Identity Management)
- Integration von Anwendungen (SaaS, On-Premise, Cloud-native) mit Entra ID für Authentifizierung und Autorisierung (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
- Verwaltung hybrider Identitäten und Anbindung von lokalen Verzeichnisdiensten (z. B. Active Directory via Entra Connect)
- Mitarbeit bei der Rollen- und Rechtemodellierung auf Basis von RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- Unterstützung von Audits und Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen (DSGVO, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Monitoring, Reporting und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von IAM-Prozessen mithilfe von Entra ID Governance, Logs und Security Reports

Your duties
Your profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Identity & Access Management mit Fokus auf Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Entra Connect, PIM, Conditional Access und RBAC
- Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen wie PowerShell zur Automatisierung von Prozessen
- Gute Kenntnisse über Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance-Features und Azure-Ressourcen-Zugriffsmodelle
- Vertraut mit aktuellen Authentifizierungs- und Autorisierungsstandards (z. B. OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect)
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung, Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

"FIEGE relies on a hybrid cloud approach to further develop and thus improve the services and infrastructure in the organisation. This does not mean that we in the cloud and server team migrate everything to the cloud, but we also try to combine the advantages of the cloud with our existing systems. A big topic here was the design of the Azure Landing Zone - a central "meeting point" in the cloud, so to speak, for all FIEGE services, which we built together with the Microsoft Fasttrack team. The cooperation with the international team that supported us in the consultation is a lot of fun. On the other hand, the openness and future orientation of the management is very beneficial.
