- Du administrierst und überwachst die IBM i (iSeries) Systeme im täglichen Betrieb.
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und betreibst das IBM i Betriebssystem inkl. Systemsoftware.
- Du verantwortest Backups, Restores sowie Disaster-Recovery-Prozesse inkl. Tests.
- Du stellst Security-Compliance, Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement sowie System-Hardening sicher.
- Du überwachst die Performance und behebst Engpässe proaktiv.

What you will do
What you bring
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration von IBM i (iSeries/AS/400) mit.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in IBM i OS, LPARs sowie Power-Hardware und Infrastruktur.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit BRMS, HA/DR-Lösungen, Tape Libraries und Performance-Tuning.
- Du besitzt fundierte Expertise in Security Management, Rollen- und Rechtemodellen sowie Auditing.
- Du arbeitest analytisch, lösungsorientiert und proaktiv.
- Du kommunizierst sicher, arbeitest gern im Team und leitest bei Bedarf Junioren an.
- Du dokumentierst sorgfältig, hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.

We ensure the smooth IT infrastructure operation of the FIEGE Group throughout Europe. The core is our high-availability data centre in Frankfurt, which we have expanded with additional cloud services. "FIEGE relies on a hybrid cloud approach to further develop and thus improve the services and infrastructure in the organisation. This does not mean that we in the cloud and server team migrate everything to the cloud, but we also try to combine the advantages of the cloud with our existing systems. A big topic here was the design of the Azure Landing Zone - a central "meeting point" in the cloud, so to speak, for all FIEGE services, which we built together with the Microsoft Fasttrack team. The cooperation with the international team that supported us in the consultation is a lot of fun. On the other hand, the openness and future orientation of the management is very beneficial.
