Your duties
Your profile
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen Abschluss im Informatik-Bereich sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst Faszination für die spannenden Arbeitsfelder in der Logistik mit und hast Interesse an einem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet in einem agilen Umfeld
- Idealerweise kennst du dich bereits mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen aus
- Du verfügst über Verständnis von IT-Strukturen (z.B. Netzwerke, SQL-Anwendungen)
- Du hast anwendbare Kenntnisse in mindestens einer gängigen Programmiersprache (z.B. Java, C...)
- Es gibt für dich keine Probleme sondern Herausforderungen, die man lösen kann
- Du verfügst über eine analytische Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent runden dein Profil ab

IT Operations - This is us
We ensure the smooth IT infrastructure operation of the FIEGE Group throughout Europe. The core is our high-availability data centre in Frankfurt, which we have expanded with additional cloud services. We take a hybrid approach, with parts running on-prem on our HCI environment and other parts in the cloud, primarily on Azure. Your heart beats for IT infrastructure? "FIEGE relies on a hybrid cloud approach to further develop and thus improve the services and infrastructure in the organisation. This does not mean that we in the cloud and server team migrate everything to the cloud, but we also try to combine the advantages of the cloud with our existing systems. A big topic here was the design of the Azure Landing Zone - a central "meeting point" in the cloud, so to speak, for all FIEGE services, which we built together with the Microsoft Fasttrack team. The cooperation with the international team that supported us in the consultation is a lot of fun. On the other hand, the openness and future orientation of the management is very beneficial. In the FIEGE IT world you have a lot of freedom and are supported in trying out new techniques and features in order to use them productively in the future. This is a solution-oriented way of thinking that I like when I work."
