Your duties
Your profile
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 Core Services (Office, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Exchange Online) mit.
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Zertifizierungen in relevanten Technologien.
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Fehlerbilder schnell, nachhaltig und kundenorientiert lösen.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Teilnahme an abteilungsübergreifenden IT-Projekten.
- Du überzeugst durch eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
- Du bist ein Allrounder, der über den Tellerrand hinausschaut.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

We ensure the smooth IT infrastructure operation of the FIEGE Group throughout Europe. The core is our high-availability data centre in Frankfurt, which we have expanded with additional cloud services. "FIEGE relies on a hybrid cloud approach to further develop and thus improve the services and infrastructure in the organisation. This does not mean that we in the cloud and server team migrate everything to the cloud, but we also try to combine the advantages of the cloud with our existing systems. A big topic here was the design of the Azure Landing Zone - a central "meeting point" in the cloud, so to speak, for all FIEGE services, which we built together with the Microsoft Fasttrack team. The cooperation with the international team that supported us in the consultation is a lot of fun. On the other hand, the openness and future orientation of the management is very beneficial. In the FIEGE IT world you have a lot of freedom and are supported in trying out new techniques and features in order to use them productively in the future.
