- Du analysierst und behebst IT-Störungen und hältst dabei den Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitenden an unseren Standorten.
- Du unterstützt und betreust die IT-Infrastruktur vor Ort an unseren Multi-User-Standorten in der Region – dafür bringst du die Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit mit.
- Du klassifizierst, löst und dokumentierst Supportfälle zuverlässig.
- Du richtest Arbeitsplätze ein und weist neue Nutzende kompetent ein.
- Du nimmst regelmäßig an der Rufbereitschaft teil und hilfst so, unseren IT-Betrieb sicherzustellen.

Your duties
Your profile
- Du hast Berufserfahrung in der IT oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und kundenorientiert.
- Du bist motiviert und hast Lust, im Team etwas zu bewegen.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kommunizierst sicher in Wort und Schrift.
- Du bringst idealerweise außerdem gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

We ensure the smooth IT infrastructure operation of the FIEGE Group throughout Europe. The core is our high-availability data centre in Frankfurt, which we have expanded with additional cloud services. "FIEGE relies on a hybrid cloud approach to further develop and thus improve the services and infrastructure in the organisation. This does not mean that we in the cloud and server team migrate everything to the cloud, but we also try to combine the advantages of the cloud with our existing systems. A big topic here was the design of the Azure Landing Zone - a central "meeting point" in the cloud, so to speak, for all FIEGE services, which we built together with the Microsoft Fasttrack team. The cooperation with the international team that supported us in the consultation is a lot of fun. On the other hand, the openness and future orientation of the management is very beneficial. In the FIEGE IT world you have a lot of freedom and are supported in trying out new techniques and features in order to use them productively in the future.
